Our Story
HeartLead NZ began with a simple but powerful belief: that teachers deserve more. More support. More inspiration. More clarity.
After years of mentoring kaiako and leading teams, founder Gabby Dyet saw a common thread—teachers feeling overwhelmed, under-supported, and unsure of how to respond to children’s complex needs in today’s world.
HeartLead NZ was created to change that. We support early childhood educators to reconnect with their purpose, build confidence in their practice, and lead with heart.
