  • Missed or late sessions without notice may not be eligible for refund or rescheduling.

  • HeartLead NZ reserves the right to cancel or reschedule sessions if necessary. In such cases, we will offer a full refund or alternative time.

  • All digital resources are delivered via email or direct download.

  • Due to their nature, digital products are non-refundable unless they are faulty or not as described.

  • You may not redistribute, resell, or reproduce our resources for commercial purposes without permission.
