A legal disclaimer

Effective Date: 05 June 2025

At HeartLead NZ, we stand behind the value of the services and resources we offer. We are also committed to upholding your rights under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase or booking.

Mentoring & Coaching Sessions
  • Cancellations made at least 24 hours before your session are eligible for a full refund or can be rescheduled at no extra cost.

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may not be eligible for a refund and will count as a used session unless exceptional circumstances apply.

  • If HeartLead NZ needs to cancel a session, you will be offered the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.

Workshops & Professional Development (In-Person or Online)
  • For workshops hosted by HeartLead NZ, cancellations made at least 7 days in advance are eligible for a full refund.

  • Cancellations made between 48 hours and 7 days may be eligible for a 50% refund, depending on preparation already undertaken.

  • Cancellations within 48 hours of the workshop are non-refundable, unless due to unforeseen circumstances beyond your control.

  • If we cancel a workshop (e.g. due to illness or low numbers), you’ll receive a full refund or option to transfer your booking.

Digital Resources & Downloads
  • Due to the nature of digital products, we do not offer refunds for downloaded resources unless required under the Consumer Guarantees Act (e.g. if the file is faulty or not as described).

  • If you experience any issues with your download, please contact us at heartleadnz@gmail.com and we’ll be happy to help.
