Internal Evaluation Workspace
A guided online workspace for internal evaluation in Aotearoa New Zealand early childhood services. Bring your team’s thinking, evidence and next steps together as you explore what’s working, what needs to change, and how you know your changes are making a difference for children.
What does the subscription include?
Your annual subscription gives one early childhood service access to its own private workspace. A centre owner can create and manage evaluations and invite colleagues to contribute.
How can our team contribute?
Your centre owner can invite colleagues into the workspace. Team members can add their thinking, gather evidence and contribute to the evaluation as it develops.
What support is available?
Guiding prompts, research links and HeartLead AI are available throughout the evaluation process, and you can contact HeartLead for help. Please use anonymised or summarised evidence only—do not enter or upload names, identifiable photographs, full learning stories or other information that could identify a child or whānau.
Can we bring an evaluation we’ve already started?
Yes. Bring your existing question, notes and evidence into the workspace and continue from where you are. You don’t need to restart your evaluation.
What happens after we purchase access?
Purchase using the email address that will belong to your centre owner. HeartLead will manually activate that email address and send a welcome email. Access is not immediate, so please wait for the welcome email before signing in and inviting your team.
Can we download and share our evaluation?
Yes. You can open a PDF summary of your evaluation, then download, print or share it for professional discussion, reporting or review.
