Why HeartLead?
Every day, early childhood educators have the privilege of influencing the way children see themselves, others and the world around them. Those everyday interactions shape confidence, curiosity, identity, belonging and a child's belief that they have something valuable to contribute. I don't believe there's more important work than that.
My passion is helping teaching teams create the conditions where those moments can happen more often. Rather than adding more systems or more paperwork, I work alongside educators to connect the dots between philosophy, local curriculum, assessment, planning, intentional teaching and evaluation, so everything works together to support meaningful relationships with children.
When our systems create clarity instead of complexity, teachers are free to slow down, become fully present and focus on what matters most. That's where the magic happens, and that's the work I love supporting.
